My name is Colleen and in 2019 my youngest son, DJ passed away unexpectedly. Our hearts were shattered and life seemed to stop for us.  Learning to navigate this path has been a transformational journey. My goal is to help you on your grief journey, be your companion and offer support.

As a Certified Grief Educator and Certified Coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you tackle the various layers of grief and get a renewed sense of self.  

The first step is the hardest and scariest, but in grief its exhausting as well.  My commitment is to provide you with understanding, support and tissues as needed.
